Nope. Just make sure we can access the grill. You don't need to move it, remove anything, or have any supplies ready — we bring everything.
Standard cleans typically run 45–60 minutes. Deep cleans and Premium Details take 75–120 minutes depending on the condition of the grill. We'll give you a heads-up if we expect to run toward the longer end.
We clean gas grills of all sizes — two-burner portables up to large six-burner built-ins. If you have a charcoal grill or a kamado (Big Green Egg style), reach out before booking and we'll confirm availability.
The Deep Clean or Premium Detail is designed for exactly that. If we arrive and the grill requires more time than expected, we'll let you know before doing any additional work — no surprise charges.
Yes. Many customers book us twice a season — once in spring to open up and once in fall before storage. Mention it when you book and we'll set up a reminder for your next appointment.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Life happens — just shoot us a message and we'll find a new time that works.
